At Pastest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, securely into a shipping box or mailer to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
